Telugu superstar Nagarjuna has demonstrated his professional commitment by completing the dubbing work for his upcoming film ‘Kuberaa’ despite being in the midst of preparations for his younger son Akhil’s wedding. The film, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, features Nagarjuna in a lead role alongside Tamil star Dhanush.
‘Kuberaa’ is an ambitious bilingual project shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil, with plans for release across all South Indian languages and Hindi, positioning it as a true pan-Indian venture. Recent photos from the dubbing studio show Nagarjuna working alongside director Sekhar Kammula and producer Puskur Ram Mohan Rao.
According to industry sources, Nagarjuna’s character in the film is expected to have multiple dimensions, as hinted in the movie’s teasers. His commanding screen presence is anticipated to make a significant impact on the narrative. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh in prominent roles.
The ‘Kuberaa’ team has already begun an extensive promotional campaign across India. Following a successful audio launch event in Chennai, they are now preparing for another major promotional event in Mumbai. The film is scheduled for theatrical release on June 20th, 2025.
